摘要
在煤矿生产中,辅助运输效率是提升开采效率的关键。因此,需要根据煤矿的具体情况,选择合适的运输设备。华阳一矿8106工作面轨道巷在局部地区的坡度超过了5°,为了保证运输的效率,在坡度小于5°的区域采用无轨胶轮车作为牵引装置,在坡度大于5°的区域采用回柱绞车作为牵引装置。经过分析和计算,分别选用WCJ5E(A)、WCJ8E(A)型无轨胶轮车和JSDB-16(37kW)回柱绞车作为辅助牵引装置。实践表明,选型的无轨胶轮车和回柱绞车可以满足使用要求,保障煤矿安全高效生产,为类似情况下煤矿辅助运输设备的选择提供一定的参考。
In coal mine production,the efficiency of auxiliary transportation is very important for the efficiency of mining.Therefore,it is necessary to select the appropriate transportation equipment according to the specific situation of the coal mine.The slope of the track roadway in the No.8106 Face of Huayang No.1 Coal Mine is more than 5°in some areas.In order to ensure the efficiency of transportation,the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle is used as the traction device in the area with a slope of less than 5°,and the column winch is used as the traction device in the area with a slope of more than 5°.After analysis and calculation,WCJ5E(A),WCJ8E(A)trackless rubber-tyred vehicle and JSDB-16(37kW)column winch are selected as auxiliary traction devices.The practice shows that the selected trackless rubber-tyred vehicle and the return column winch can meet the requirements of use,ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mines,and provide some reference for the selection of auxiliary transportation equipment in coal mines under similar conditions.
