“大唐山”城市团内玉田县节点及周边关系发展构想

A Conception for the Development of Yutian County Nodes and Circumjacent Relations within the“Big Tangshan Urban Group”

京津冀协同发展背景下,唐山市需要以主城区为核心构建起“大唐山”发展构架,提升全域城市化水平。玉田县是“大唐山”构架下将唐山市主城区与天津市连接在一起的节点,行政腹地内需要通过“分区+分步”发展秩序构建起“一心+多微”的发展构架,在腹地内尽快完成“一纵+两横”的城市团主体构架,并在此基础上构建“唐窝东链”和“唐窝西链”,进一步形成“三纵+两横”的城市空间布局,并推动行政腹地内乡镇中心的整合发展质量。

Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Tangshan city needs to establish the“Big Tangshan”development framework with the main urban area as the core to improve the urbanization level of the whole region.Yutian county is the nodes connecting the main area of Tangshan city and the main area of Tianjin city under the background of“Big Tangshan”framework.The administrative hinterland needs to build a“one core+multi micros”development framework through the“partition+step-by-step”development order,and complete the main structure of the urban agglomeration of“one vertical+two horizontal”in the hinterland as soon as possible.And on this basis,“Tang-wo east chain”and“Tang-wo west chain”should also be shaped,and further the formation of the“three verticals+two horizontals”urban spatial layout can be achieved to integrate the town-grade administrative center in the hinterland.
