摘要
为探究感知压力对大学生生活满意度的影响,以及应对方式在二者之间所起的作用。以854名在校大学生为研究对象,收集有效问卷共786份。使用感知压力量表、简易应对方式问卷和生活满意度问卷进行施测,并收集被试者性别、是否独自居住、当前身体状况等基本信息,采用SPSS进行中介效应分析。结果表明,积极应对方式与感知压力呈显著负相关,与生活满意度呈显著正相关,消极应对方式与感知压力呈显著正相关,与生活满意度呈显著正相关。感知压力可以负向预测大学生的生活满意度(B=-0.34,t=-9.82,P<0.001),积极应对方式在二者之间起到部分中介作用(bootstrap 95%CI[-0.22,-0.13]),消极应对方式的中介作用不显著。提示高校心理健康教育要引导学生树立正确的“压力观”,并为学生提供及时、全面、有效的心理服务。
In order to explore the impact of perceived stress on life satisfaction of college students and the role of coping style between them,a total of 854 college students were selected as subjects and 786 valid questionnaires were collected finally.The Perceived Stress Scale(PSS),Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and Life Satisfaction Questionnaire were used to conduct the measurement,and basic information such as gender,whether living alone and current physical condition of the subjects was collected.Using SPSS to analyze the mediating effect.The results suggest that positive coping style was significantly negatively correlated with perceived stress and significantly positively correlated with life satisfaction,while negative coping style was significantly positively correlated with perceived stress and life satisfaction.In addation,perceived stress can negatively predict college students'life satisfaction(B=-0.34,t=-9.82,P<0.001),and this relationship was partially mediated by positive coping style(bootstrap 95%CI[-0.22,-0.13]),while negative coping style had no significant mediating effect.It is suggested that college mental health education should guide students to set up correct"stress view"and provide students with timely,comprehensive and effective psychological services.
