摘要
新时代要求对高职学生的评价科学有效、强化过程、改进结果、增值赋能,建立健全综合评价机制,要充分利用信息技术进行专业、科学、客观的评价。文章提出的四维评价方法借助信息化手段以“德、技、能、为”四大维度对学生全面发展进行过程化记录、增值性评价、指标值量化、动态性调整,形成评价主体多元、评价过程持续、评价内容丰富、评价结果客观的学生评价治理体系。
The new era requires that the evaluation of higher vocational students should be scientific and effective,strengthen the process,improve the results,and add value to enable,establish and improve the comprehensive evaluation mechanism,and make full use of information technology to conduct professional,scientific and objective evaluation.The four-dimensional evaluation method proposed in this paper makes use of information technology to process record,value-added evaluation,quantitative index value and dynamic adjustment of students'comprehensive development in four dimensions of"virtue,technology and ability",forming a student evaluation governance system with multiple evaluation subjects,continuous evaluation process,rich evaluation content and objective evaluation results.
