Design and implementation of mutual accredit system for hospital examination and test results based on pre-load

目的:探索医疗机构检查检验结果互认系统的数据上传、下载及互认流程设计与实现。方法:借助院内集成平台和临床数据中心,构建检查检验报告统一上传服务平台和基于预加载的检查检验结果互认系统。结果:基于预加载的检查检验结果互认系统可减少对省互认平台的依赖,提高互认全过程的响应效率,并减少各业务系统改造工作量。结论:基于预加载的检查检验结果互认系统优化了互认工作流程,实现对互认全过程的监管,将检查检验结果互认工作落到实处。

Objective To explore the design and implementation of data upload,download,and mutual accredit processes of the mutual accredit system for examination and test results of medical institutions.Methods With the help of in-hospital integrated platform and clinical data center,a unified upload service platform and a mutual accredit system for examination and test results based on pre-load were built.Results The mutual accredit system for examination and test results based on pre-load can reduce dependence on provincial mutual accredit platform,improve the response efficiency of the whole mutual accredit process,and reduce the transformation workload of each service system.Conclusion The mutual accredit system for examination and test results based on pre-load optimizes the mutual accredit workflow,realizes the supervision of the whole process of mutual accredit,and implements the mutual accredit of examination and test results.
