In order to guarantee the cleanliness of diesel engine and the operation efficiency and service life of the equipment,the cleanliness detection method and cleaning process of diesel engine are put forward to solve the problems existing in the operation management of diesel engine.Through in-depth analysis of the factors,classification and actual test content of diesel engine cleanliness,it can be seen that the cleanliness of diesel engine has a great influence on the service life of equipment.In order to ensure the stable operation of the equipment,it is necessary to reasonably plan the cleaning process of the oil system and analyze the cleaning results to judge the actual state of the equipment,so as to effectively strengthen the management effect of fault prevention.
