钢板传输辊道方案设计

摘要 钢板是钢铁工业的主要产品,其产量和种类随着钢铁工业的发展而剧增,促使人们对钢板加工效率和质量提出了更高的要求。不同的加工工序和钢板形状、大小、厚度对钢板传输辊道的要求不尽相同,而普通的单一种类钢板传输辊道并不能满足所有的钢板传输工况的要求。文章针对钢板加工车间的不同工况提出了3种钢板传输辊道设计方案,并研究了不同设计方案的特点,以期为相关设备的设计提供参考。 Steel plate is the main product of the iron and steel industry,and its output and types have increased dramatically with the development of the iron and steel industry,which puts forward higher requirements for the efficiency and quality of steel plate processing.Different processing processes and the shape,size and thickness of the steel plate have different requirements for the steel plate transmission roller table,and the ordinary single type of steel plate transmission roller table can not meet the requirements of all the steel plate transmission conditions.According to the different working conditions of the steel plate processing workshop,the paper puts forward three kinds of steel plate transfer roller table design schemes,and studies the characteristics of different design schemes,in order to provide reference for the design of related equipment.
