摘要 在新一轮工业化改革浪潮的推动下,机械制造企业普遍重视机械研发设计,形成了以设计环节主导的生产制造产业链条。当前制造行业高质量发展,需要持续提高机械设计水平。以此为出发点,概述现代机械的噪声类型与来源,剖析现代机械设计中的噪声控制设计,并在此基础上从吸声与隔声材料和消声装置两个方面出发,对现代机械设计中的减振降噪技术运用情况进行具体讨论。 Driven by the new wave of industrialization reform,machinery manufacturing enterprises generally strengthen the research and development of machinery design,forming a production and manufacturing industrial chain dominated by the design link.At present,the manufacturing industry is in the high quality development stage,need to continue to enhance the level of mechanical design.Based on this,this paper summarizes the noise types and sources of modern machinery,and analyzes the noise control design in modern machinery design.On this basis,the application of vibration and noise reduction technology in modern machinery design is discussed in detail from three aspects:sound absorption and sound insulation material,noise reduction device and vibration isolation technology.
