摘要
为了保证过程控制系统正常运行,需要使被控变量与设定值保持一致,或随设定值一起变化。在稳定运行过程中,当被控变量受到干扰而偏离设定值时,控制器应立即发挥控制作用,驱使被控变量回归并稳定在设定值。过程控制系统运行中受到的干扰不一定严格遵循变化规律,有关参数会随时间发生变化。文章以温度定值控制系统为例,探讨该系统在稳定运行过程中受到干扰后的运行规律及相关参数的计算,进而研究过程控制系统在过渡过程中的意义。
In order to ensure the normal operation of the process control system,it is necessary to keep the controlled variable consistent with the set value,or change with the set value.In the process of stable operation,when the controlled variable is disturbed and deviates from the set value,the controller should immediately play a control role to drive the controlled variable to regression and stabilize at the set value.The interference in the operation of process control system may not strictly follow the law of change,and the relevant parameters will change with time.This paper takes the temperature setting control system as an example,discusses the operation law of the system after being disturbed in the stable operation process and the calculation of related parameters,and then studies the significance of the process control system in the transition process.
