内螺纹管结构对有机朗肯循环管内换热的影响

摘要 主要研究3种内螺纹管管槽结构参数对有机朗肯循环(Organic Rankine Cycle,ORC)系统传热特性的影响,选取R601作为有机工质,基于ANSYSWorkbench软件对内螺纹管道进行建模。通过对三角形槽、矩形槽和半圆形槽的内螺纹管进行数值模拟,分析ORC系统在不同管道结构中的换热特性,并得到较为优化的管道结构参数。结果表明:半圆形内螺纹的进出口温差为61.51967 K,相比于光管提高2.72092 K,比三角形内螺纹管提高1.60729 K,比矩形内螺纹管提高1.56563 K;半圆形内螺纹更有助于增强对流换热。 This paper mainly studies the influence of the structural parameters of three kinds of internally ribbed tube grooves on the heat transfer characteristics of the Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC)system.R601 is selected as the organic working medium,and the internally ribbed tube is modeled based on ANSYS Workbench software.Through the numerical simulation of the internally ribbed tube with triangular groove,rectangular groove and semi-circular groove,the heat transfer characteristics of the organic Rankine cycle in different pipeline structures are analyzed,and the optimized pipeline structure parameters are obtained.The results show that:the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the semi-circular internal thread is 61.51967 K,which is 2.72092 K higher than that of the smooth tube,1.60729 K higher than that of the triangular internal thread tube,and 1.56563 K higher than that of the rectangular internal thread tube;the semi-circular internal thread is more helpful to enhance convective heat transfer.
