重型拖拉机混动电驱无级变速动力总成设计

摘要 针对拖拉机现有的手动、自动换挡传动系统的缺点,研究拖拉机动力总成技术,开发“发动机+发电机+驱动电机+变速箱”的电子控制无级变速器(Eletro-Continuously Variable Transmission,ECVT)动力总成技术,利用电机无级变速的特性和电机低速大扭矩、转速范围宽的特性实现无级变速,满足重型拖拉机的需求,同时开发拖拉机电驱动总成的控制技术,使传动效率较液压机械无级变速器(Hydro-Mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission,HMCVT)整体提高5%左右。 In view of the shortcomings of the existing manual and automatic shift transmission systems of tractors,the Eletro-Continuously Variable Transmission(ECVT)power train technology of‘engine+generator+drive motor+gearbox’is developed by studying the tractor power train technology.The characteristics of the motor’s stepless speed change,low speed,large torque,and wide speed range are used to realize stepless speed change and meet the needs of heavy tractors.At the same time,the control technology of the tractor’s electric drive assembly is developed,which increases the overall transmission efficiency by about 5%compared to Hydro-Mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission(HMCVT).
