吊钩是起重机械中的一种常见吊具,借助滑轮组或钢板等部件,悬挂在起升机构的钢丝绳上。为实现电动旋转吊钩的优化应用,基于已有电动旋转吊钩,提出一种远程无线控制的电动旋转吊钩,并分析其组成、原理、应用场景以及优势。结果表明,远程无线控制的电动旋转吊钩避免了新增钢结构对现有设备运行造成的安全隐患,以及电缆与起升钢丝绳缠绕的风险,可实现起重设备吊钩模式与抓斗模式的快速切换,满足起重设备装卸不同货物的需求。

The hook is a kind of common hanging tool in the hoisting machinery,with the help of pulley group or steel plate and other components,hanging in the hoisting mechanism on the wire rope.In order to optimize the application of electric rotating hook,a remote wireless control electric rotating hook is proposed based on the existing electric rotating hook.The results show that the electric rotating hook with remote wireless control can avoid the hidden trouble caused by new steel structure to the operation of existing equipment,and solve the risk of winding cable and hoisting wire rope,the utility model can realize the quick switch between the hook mode and the grab mode of the lifting equipment,and meet the requirements of loading and unloading different goods of the lifting equipment.
