摘要
随着城市交通拥堵问题的日益严重,电动单车作为一种环保、便捷的出行工具得到了广泛应用。为了满足用户的便携性需求,电动单车通常设计成可折叠形式,方便携带和存储。折叠机构是电动单车中的关键部件,对于电动单车的折叠性能和使用安全性起着重要作用。基于此,文章设计一款可折叠的电动单车,针对折叠机构存在的问题提出改进方案,并对改进后的折叠机构进行性能评价,以便进一步优化折叠机构的设计。
With the increasingly serious problem of urban traffic congestion,electric bicycles have been widely used as an environmentally friendly and convenient travel tool.In order to meet the needs of users for portability,electric bicycles are usually designed in a foldable form for easy carrying and storage.Folding mechanism is a key component of electric bicycle,which plays an important role in the folding performance and safety of electric bicycle.Based on this,this paper designs a foldable electric bicycle,proposes an improvement scheme for the problems existing in the folding mechanism,and evaluates the performance of the improved folding mechanism in order to further optimize the design of the folding mechanism.
