摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,螺旋压力机逐渐不能满足市场发展需求,迫切需要一种新型模锻装备为经济发展保驾护航。新型数控智能直驱螺旋压力机因传动结构简单、力能稳定、维修方便、工艺适应性强,成为近年来模锻装备的发展方向。基于此,文章首先介绍了螺旋压力机的种类及工作原理,其次探讨了重型数控智能直驱螺旋压力机的设计理念,再次比较分析了主要动力部件直驱电机的性能,最后综合比较分析结果得出最理想的方案。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the screw press gradually can not meet the needs of market development,and a new type of die forging equipment is urgently needed to escort the economic development.The new type of CNC intelligent direct drive screw press has become the development direction of die forging equipment in recent years because of its simple transmission structure,stable force energy,convenient maintenance and strong process adaptability.Based on this,the paper first introduces the types and working principles of the screw press,then discusses the design concept of the heavy CNC intelligent direct drive screw press,and compares and analyzes the performance of the main power components of the direct drive motor,and finally obtains the most ideal scheme.
