摘要
球磨机主要用于物料的破碎、研磨和加工,它在实现工业生产自动化和推动工业生产进一步发展方面发挥着重要作用。但是传统的球磨机仍存在一些缺点,如工作效率低、整体结构庞大、转速较慢等。基于此,在设计中首先应确定小型球磨机的总体设计方案,并计算球磨机的主要参数。其次,分别对小型球磨机的传动装置和回转装置进行设计选型及相应的校核。最后,使用ANSYSWorkbench校核分析设备的主要零部件,以求解和优化满足设计要求的方案。
The ball mills are mainly used for crushing,grinding,and processing materials,and play an important role in achieving industrial production automation and promoting further development of industrial production.However,traditional ball mills have some drawbacks,such as low work efficiency,large overall structure,and slow speed.Based on this,the overall design scheme of the small ball mill should be determined first in the design,and the main parameters of the ball mill should be calculated.Secondly,design,select,and verify the transmission and rotation devices of small ball mills.Finally,use ANSYS Workbench to verify and analyze the main components of the equipment to solve and optimize solutions that meet design requirements.
