摘要
负荷调节是锅炉燃烧控制的重要组成部分,直接影响系统的经济型和安全性。基于可编程逻辑控制器(ProgrammableLogicController,PLC)设计了一种工业锅炉自动负荷调节系统,介绍系统架构和硬件选型,并详细阐述了控制策略和控制程序设计。系统通过分析历史运行数据建立负荷映射表,采用分级自适应匹配算法能够实时监测锅炉运行状态,并根据设定负荷自动调节燃烧量及配风量,实现了对锅炉的自动负荷调节,可保证锅炉运行的稳定性和安全性。实验结果表明,该系统具有较高的可靠性和实用性。
Load regulation plays a critical role in the control of boiler combustion,as it directly affects the safety and economic viability of the system.An automatic load regulation system for an industrial boiler based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)technology is designed.The system structure and hardware selection are introduced,followed by a detailed explanation of the control strategy and program design.By analyzing historical operating data and establishing a load mapping table,the system utilizes a hierarchical adaptive matching algorithm to monitor the boiler operation status in real-time and automatically adjust the fuel and air supply according to the set load,achieving automatic load regulation of the boiler and ensuring its stability and safety.Experimental results show that the system has high reliability and practicality.
