飞机耗油性能试验自动检测系统方案研究

摘要 根据飞机燃油系统地面性能试验需求,梳理耗油性能地面试验的难点和必要性,总结典型飞机燃油系统的组成,提出基于硬件设备和软件平台的耗油性能检测系统构建方案,并分析硬件设备和软件平台模式的功能与组成。基于软件平台提出一种自测检测系统开发设计方案,开发飞机燃油耗油性能自动检测系统,为飞机燃油系统的健康监测奠定了基础。 This article summarizes the difficulties and necessity of fuel consumption performance ground testing based on the requirements of aircraft fuel system ground performance testing,summarizes the composition of typical aircraft fuel systems,proposes a fuel consumption performance detection system construction scheme based on hardware devices and software platforms,and analyzes the functions and composition of hardware devices and software platform modes.A self testing and detection system development design scheme was proposed for the software platform,and an automatic detection system for aircraft fuel consumption performance was developed,laying the foundation for health monitoring of aircraft fuel systems.
