摘要
液压与气压传动是机电一体化技术专业(高职)的专业核心课程,主要面向机电一体化技术应用人员岗位。以综合气压系统控制与装调实训教学项目作为教学案例,在“岗课赛证”融通教学理念下,选择典型工作任务“自动化生产线自动供料系统控制与装调”作为教学载体进行项目的整体设计及具体实施。通过综合气压系统控制与装调实训教学项目,实现了机、电、气知识体系深度融合,促进了机电一体化技术应用人员岗位能力的培养。
Hydraulic and pneumatic transmission is the core course of mechatronics technology major(higher vocational college),which is mainly for mechatronics technology application personnel.Based on the integrated teaching concept of“post class competition certificate”,the paper chooses the typical task“control and assembly of automatic feeding system of automatic production line”as the teaching carrier to carry out the overall design and specific implementation of the project.Through the integrated pneumatic system control and installation training teaching project,the knowledge system of machine,electricity and gas is deeply integrated,and the training of the post ability of the application personnel of mechatronics technology is promoted.
