变压器呼吸器智能视觉检测装置研究

摘要 针对变压器呼吸器硅胶变色现有巡检方式不完善的情况,设计一款基于视觉智能检测及远程报警装置。通过系统设计和结构设计,分析装置的工作原理和三维模型,并对多核数字信号处理(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)实时图像处理模块进行设计。此装置不仅能进行不间断检测和远程报警,节省了大量的人力成本和时间成本,而且排除了定时巡检的隐患,可为变压器呼吸器硅胶检测提供新思路。 In this paper,aiming at the imperfection of the existing inspection method of silicone discoloration in transformer respirator,a device based on visual intelligence detection and remote alarm is designed.The working principle and 3D model of the device are given by system design and structure design,and the real-time image processing module of multi-core Digital Signal Processing(DSP)is designed.This device can not only carry out continuous detection and remote alarm,save a lot of labor and time cost,but also reduce the hidden danger of regular patrol inspection,and also provide a new idea for silicone detection of transformer respirator.
