成组技术在船用柴油机零件工艺设计中的运用分析

摘要 为进一步了解成组技术在传统柴油机零件设计中的实际应用效果,分析成组技术和柴油机的工艺特点,结合零件编码及分类系统、成组工艺零件设计规程、液压缸零件设计管理、智能成组技术设计等工艺情况,深度探究该技术的实际应用情况。研究表明,在船用柴油机零件设计过程中,成组技术具有重要作用,不仅能够有效提高零件的检索效率,减少不必要的重复作业,还能够提升零件的设计质量。本研究结果可以应用于柴油机零件的设计制作,具有良好的使用效果。 In order to further understand the practical application effect of group technology in traditional diesel engine parts design,this paper analyzes the characteristics of group technology and diesel engine process,and probes into the practical application of this technology in combination with parts coding and classification system,group process parts design regulations,hydraulic cylinder parts design management,intelligent group technology design and other process conditions.The research shows that group technology plays an important role in the process of marine diesel engine parts design,which can not only effectively improve the retrieval efficiency of parts,reduce unnecessary repetitive work,but also improve the design quality of parts.The results of this study can be applied to the design and manufacture of diesel engine parts,and have good results.
