数控机床误差综合补偿技术及应用研究

摘要 随着现代工业加工技术的发展,我国逐渐重视数控机床的应用,有效提高了加工效率和质量。但是,受到多种因素的影响,数控机床的加工精度仍存在一定误差。为有效解决误差问题,以便在实践应用中发挥良好效果,可采用相应的误差综合补偿技术。基于此,探究数控机床误差产生的原因,分析综合补偿技术,并针对数控机床可能产生的误差提出有效的综合补偿技术应用要点,进一步提升了数控机床的加工精度,有利于弥补现有的技术缺陷,增强数控机床的使用实效。 Along with the development of modern industrial processing technology,our country gradually attaches importance to the application of numerical control machine tools,effectively improves the processing efficiency and quality.However,due to the influence of many factors,there are still some errors in the machining accuracy of numerical control machine tools.In order to solve the error problem effectively,so as to play a good effect in practical application,the corresponding error comprehensive compensation technology can be used.Based on this,this paper explores the causes of errors of numerical control machine tools,analyzes the comprehensive compensation technology,and puts forward effective application points of comprehensive compensation technology for the errors that may be generated by numerical control machine tools,further improves the machining accuracy of numerical control machine tools,is conducive to make up for the existing technical defects,and enhances the actual use of numerical control machine tools.
