细支烟与常规烟共线分拣新模式研究

Study on a New Collinear Sorting Mode of Fine Tobacco and Conventional Smoke

文章主要结合广东省韶关市卷烟分拣工作的实践经验,介绍细支烟和常规烟的共线分拣改造项目。通过分析设备的分拣能力和目标设定,提出共线分拣的思路,并针对分拣设备能力、包装码垛工艺和订单结构等关键点,提出改进分拣设备尺寸、优化细支烟的码垛程序、订单拆分为多批次以及订单合单优化等改进方案,使常规烟分拣线具备细支烟分拣的能力,实现了共线分拣。该项目利用原有设备,在不增加占地面积的前提下,提高了细支烟的分拣效率,降低了作业人员的劳动强度和系统出错率,具有示范效应和推广价值。

Based on the practical experience of cigarette sorting in Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province,this paper introduces the common line sorting and renovation project of fine cigarettes and conventional cigarettes.Based on the analysis of the sorting capacity and goal setting of the equipment,the idea of common line sorting is put forward,and in view of the key points such as the sorting equipment capacity,packaging and palletizing process and order structure,the improvement schemes such as improving the size of the sorting equipment,optimizing the palletizing procedure of fine cigarettes,order splitting into multiple batches and order combination optimization are put forward,so that the conventional tobacco sorting line can have the sorting capacity of fine cigarettes at the same time.Common line sorting is realized.The project uses the original equipment,does not increase the floor area,improves the sorting efficiency of fine tobacco,reduces the labor intensity of operators,reduces the error rate,has the demonstration effect and promotion value.
