摘要
文章主要研究了无轴承磁通切换电机的设计与应用技术。该电机采用磁通切换技术和无轴承设计,具有高效率、高功率密度、高精度以及低噪声等优点,适用于制造业和能源领域等。文章从电机的基本原理和结构设计出发,重点研究了磁路设计、动态模拟与优化、控制系统设计等关键技术。然后介绍了电机在制造业领域的应用实例以及在能源领域的应用前景,以期为相关领域的研究和应用提供参考。
This paper mainly studies the design and application technology of bearingless flux switching motor.The motor adopts flux switching technology and bearingless design,which has the advantages of high efficiency,high power density,high precision and low noise,and is suitable for manufacturing and energy fields.Based on the basic principle and structure design of motor,the key technologies of magnetic circuit design,dynamic simulation and optimization,and control system design are studied in this paper.Then,the application examples of motor in manufacturing and its application prospect in the field of energy are introduced in order to provide reference for the research and application in related fields.
