摘要
相较于传统车加工,数控车加工的自动性更强,成品质量的控制也更为精确。不断根据市场需求完善自身产品质量,优化数控车加工工艺技术,并对其进行持续深入的探索和适当的创新,有助于数控车加工工艺技术的升级。文章介绍了数控车加工工艺技术的优势及精度影响因素,分析了其中存在的问题并提出相应对策,旨在为数控车加工工艺技术的优化升级提供一定参考。
Compared with traditional machining,numerical control vehicle has stronger automaticity and more accurate quality control.Constantly improve the quality of their own products according to the market demand,optimize the numerical control vehicle technology,and carry on the continuous in-depth exploration and appropriate innovation,more conducive to the upgrading of numerical control vehicle technology.This paper introduces the advantages of numerical control vehicle technology and the influencing factors of precision,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide some reference for the optimization and upgrading of numerical control vehicle technology.
