摘要
为了解决传统采茶机采用“无差别采摘”还需要人工挑选问题,缓解传统产茶区的用工短缺问题,推进梧州六堡茶的机械化、智能化和现代化采摘进程,同时实现六堡茶的高质量采摘,提出一种基于智能化的可选择性采摘理念,研究基于色彩空间的六堡茶老嫩叶筛分采摘的辨识。一方面,依靠老嫩叶与背景颜色和大小的不同,在彩色图像上进行识别,对彩色图像在色彩空间进行灰度化处理,进而获得二值图像。另一方面,采用适合的阈值分割方法,对分割后的二值图进行形态学分析和老嫩叶特征分析,去除面积过大和过小的区域,确定所要采集的老嫩叶的合适目标,最终实现了六堡茶老嫩叶筛分采摘的辨识。
In order to solve the problem of manual selection when traditional tea pickers adopt“undifferentiated picking”,alleviate the labor shortage in Wuzhou,the traditional tea producing area,promote the mechanization,intelligent and modern picking process of Liubao tea,and realize the high-quality picking of Liubao tea,an intelligent selective picking concept was proposed.The identification of old young leaves of Liubao tea was studied based on color space.On the other hand,a suitable threshold segmentation method was used to analyze the morphology and the characteristics of the old young leaves of the binary map after segmentation,remove the areas that are too large and too small,and determine the appropriate target of the old young leaves to be collected.Finally,the identification of the old young leaves of Liubao tea was realized by screening and picking.
