摘要
针对三相异步电机轴承的异音故障,文章通过数据量化的方式分析了不同的异音故障类型。通过数据分析可以更好地开发判定轴承异音故障的方案,从而有效避免人工经验判定失准、不易标准化的弊端,提高了轴承装配质量的控制水平。
Aiming at the abnormal fault of the bearing of three-phase induction motor,different abnormal fault types are analyzed by means of data quantization.Through data analysis,the scheme for determining bearing abnormal sound fault can be better developed,so as to effectively avoid the defects of manual experience judgment misalignment and difficult standardization,and improve the control level of bearing assembly quality.
