导流滤水在下向分层水平进路胶结充填采矿法中的研究应用

摘要 充填采矿法是随着回采工作面的推进,逐步用充填料回填采空区的方法。利用形成的充填体进行地压管理,控制围岩崩落和地表下沉,并为回采工作面创造安全条件,以达到保障安全生产、保护地标建筑物和缓和大面积地压活动的目的。充填过程中如何保障充填体质量、如何提高充填接顶率,达到以质量保安全就显得尤为重要,也是生产过程中长期存在的一个难题和重点。经过实践摸索,导流滤水技术可有效解决上述问题。 The filling mining method is a method of gradually backfilling the goaf with filling materials as the mining face advances.Utilize the formed filling body for ground pressure management,control surrounding rock collapse and surface subsidence,and create safety conditions for the mining face to ensure safe production,protect landmark buildings,and ease large-scale ground pressure activities.How to ensure the quality of the filling body during the filling process,how to improve the filling contact rate,and achieve quality and safety are particularly important,which is also a long-standing problem and focus in the production process.Through practical exploration,the diversion and filtration technology can effectively solve the above problems.
