摘要
白银有色集团股份有限公司对小铁山矿采矿权进行了整合,同时矿山也进行了相应技术升级,矿山产能进一步提升。多金属选矿系统的产能瓶颈逐步体现。为此,白银有色决定对多金属选矿系统进行整改,采用新工艺、新技术提高资源综合利用率的同时,将多金属选矿系统产能从30×10^(4) t/a提升至46.2×10^(4) t/a,全面进行多金属选矿系统技术提升项目。选矿公司为高能耗企业,节约电能,减缓我国的供电压力是一项艰巨而又长期的任务。因而需要对多金属选矿系统改造,提高产能、减低成本、实现节能降耗。
Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co.,Ltd.has integrated the mining rights of Xiaotieshan Mine,and the mine has also carried out the corresponding technical upgrading,the mine capacity is further enhanced.The capacity bottleneck of the multi-metal beneficiation system is gradually embodied.Therefore,Baiyin non-ferrous decided to reform the multi-metal mineral processing system,adopt new technology to improve the comprehensive utilization ratio of resources,and at the same time,increase the capacity of the multi-metal mineral processing system from 30×10^(4) t/a to 46.2×10^(4) t/a,carry out the technical upgrading project of multi-metal mineral processing system.The mineral processing company is a high energyconsuming enterprise.It is a difficult and long-term task to save electric energy and slow down the power supply pressure in our country.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the multi-metal beneficiation system to increase production capacity,reduce cost and realize energy saving and consumption reduction.
