摘要
铝电解烟气富含大量余热,具有极大的利用价值,本文以某一电解铝厂为例,分析回收电解铝烟气余热用于厂区冬季采暖的可行性,得出结论为:烟气余热回收方案比传统蒸汽换热方案的技术经济优势更明显。
Aluminum electrolysis flue gas is rich in a large amount of waste heat and has great utilization value.This article takes a certain electrolysis aluminum factory as an example to analyze the feasibility of recycling waste heat from electrolysis aluminum flue gas for winter heating in the factory area.The conclusion is that the flue gas waste heat recovery scheme has more obvious technical and economic advantages than traditional steam heat exchange schemes.
