摘要
受福建省建瓯市某矿业有限公司的委托,对建瓯市某金矿石(黄铁矿石英叶蜡石蚀变岩类型)进行实验室流程选矿工艺试验研究,在研究原矿性质的基础上进行条件试验确定适宜的粗磨磨矿细度、粗选捕收剂、起泡剂、抑制剂的用量。在最佳条件试验结果的基础上,设计了开、闭路试验流程,得到最终的工艺流程和结果为:原矿-200目占85%进行1次粗磨、1次粗选、2次扫选,2次精选,可以获得产率为4.37%,Au品位90.86g/t,Au回收率为90.03%VI级品金精矿。
Authorized by fujian jianou a mining co.,LTD.,is adjacent to the jianou outside gold ore(pyrite quartz pyrophyllite altered rock type)for laboratory experimental study process ore dressing process,based on the study of the ore properties on the coarse slow the condition experiment was carried out to determine the appropriate fineness,roughing collecting agent,foaming agent,inhibitor dosage.On the basis of the test results under the best conditions,the open and closed circuit test processes were designed,and the final process and results were obtained as follows:with 85%of the raw ore-200 mesh,one rough grinding,one rough cleaning,two sweeping and two cleaning,a VI grade gold concentrate with yield of 4.37%,Au grade of 90.86g/t and Au recovery of 90.03%could be obtained.
