拉沙病毒(LASV)感染导致的拉沙热是一种人兽共患的病毒性出血热疾病,临床以发热、寒战、咽炎、胸骨后疼痛和蛋白尿为特征,可出现多系统病变,当前采用疫苗防治研究备受关注。糖蛋白和核壳蛋白是2种有效的疫苗候选分子。本文概述了水疱性口炎病毒(rVSV-GPC)、黄热病毒(rYFV-GPC)、牛痘病毒(rVV-NP/GPC)、狂犬病毒(rRABVGPCco)、腺病毒血清型5(rAd5-GPC/NP)、猩猩腺病毒血清型ox1(rChAdox1-GPC/NP)、莫培亚病毒(rMOPV-GPC/NP)、委内瑞拉马脑炎病毒(rVEEV-GPC/NP)、杆状病毒(rBuV-GPC)和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(rSt-NP)等载体介导的拉沙病毒疫苗的构建及其免疫机制等方面研制现状。

Lassa virus(LASV)is one type of etiologic agents casuing zoonotic,infectious disease of viral hemorrhagic fevers(VHFs),its clinical characteristic includes fever,shiver,pharyngitis,posterior sternal pain,albuminuria and multiordgan failure,it recently becomes highlight to control this virus by use of the vaccine.The glycoprotein and nucleocapsid protein are 2 types of attractive candidate molecules of vaccine,it's outlined on the status in the research of construction and immune mechanism of vector_based vaccine of protein of LASV,those vaccines include:Vesicular stomatitis virus(rVSV-GPC),Yellow fever virus(rYFV-GPC),Vaccinia virus(rVV-NP/GPC),Rabies virus(rRABV-GPCco),Adenovirus serotype 5(rAd5-GPC/NP),Chimpanzee adenovirus serotype 0x1(rChAdox1-GPC/NP),Mopeia virus(rMOPVGPC/NP),Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus(rVEEV-GPC/NP),Buculovirus(rBuV-GPC),Salmonella typhimurium(rSt-NP),and et al.
