民国女性翻译家张近芬的译者行为研究

Translator Behavior Study of Female Translator Zhang Jinfen

20世纪上半叶,很多女性翻译家活跃于文坛,其译事译作充分体现了时代与个人之间的交织互动,但是她们的翻译活动却并未得到充分研究,张近芬就是其中之一。本文采用译者行为批评理论,从翻译内、翻译外两个方面考察民国才女张近芬的“求真—务实”译者行为和超务实行为。翻译内考察诗形求真、内容求真和情绪求真;翻译外考察译者选材务实和翻译策略务实,以及译创结合超务实。基于分析发现张近芬在“求真—务实”连续统上保持了良好的平衡,因而其翻译活动和产品取得了良好的传播效果。同时,其超务实行为虽然打破了传统的译者角色,但却为译者角色多元化提供了范例。

The translation activities and products of female translators during the first half of the 20^(th) century,which fully reflect the complicated interaction between individuals and the social,historical context,still wait for systematic study,such as those of Zhang Jinfen.This paper explores Zhang's “truth-seeking” and “utility-attaining” behavior from two aspects,namely intra-translation and extratranslation.The former analyzes the form,the content and the spirit of her translation while the latter discusses her selection of the source texts,translation strategies as well as her literature creation based upon translation.In conclusion,Zhang keeps a good balance between the continuum of truth-seeking and utility-attaining,which leads to her translation products being widely recognized.
