摘要
为解决西山煤电集团公司西铭煤矿42206巷沿空留巷切顶卸压技术关键问题,建立巷旁充填体条件下的切顶力学模型与充填体支护阻力计算式,并对爆破切顶参数、巷道支护方案、高水材料充填巷道流程进行设计。结果表明:巷旁充填体所需支护阻力为1 342 kN/m,巷道采用单体液压支柱+锚杆支护+铰接顶梁+菱形金属网挡矸支护方案可以有效维护巷道围岩,实施切顶后,端头液压支架应力值由13~16 MPa降低至10~14 MPa。
In order to solve the key problems of roof cutting and pressure relief technology for gob side entry retaining in 42206 roadway of Ximing coal mine of Xishan coal and electricity group,the mechanical model of roof cutting and the calculation formula of backfill support resistance under the condition of roadway side filling body were established,and the parameters of blasting roof cutting,roadway support scheme and high water material filling roadway process were designed.The results show that the support resistance required by the filling body beside the roadway is1 342 kN/m,and the support scheme of single hydraulic prop,bolt support,hinged roof beam and diamond metal mesh can effectively maintain the surrounding rock of roadway.After the roof cutting,the stress value of the end hydraulic support is reduced from 13~16 MPa to 10~14 MPa.
