冬虫夏草粉末显微鉴别研究

摘要 目的对冬虫夏草及其混淆品的粉末进行显微鉴别研究。方法以野生冬虫夏草、冬虫夏草(繁育品)和10种混淆品的粉末为研究对象,应用光学显微镜及数码成像系统观察记录虫体体壁、腹趾钩、菌丝等显微鉴别特征,并对观察结果进行比较。结果野生冬虫夏草和冬虫夏草(繁育品)显微特征基本一致,与10种混淆品在虫体体壁、腹趾钩、菌丝团菌丝排列规律等显微特征上存在明显差异。结论冬虫夏草与其混淆品粉末可通过显微特征进行鉴别。 OBJECTIVE To study the microscopic identification of Cordyceps and its counterfeits.METHODS Optical microscope and digital imaging system were used to observe the microscopical features of natural and cultivated Cordyceps and its 10 types of counterfeits,such as the caterpillar's body wall,the planta of abdominal leg and the hyphae.RESULTS The microscopic features of the caterpillar's body wall,the planta of abdominal leg and the permutation law of the hyphae in Cordyceps and cultural Cordyceps were consistent,and there were significant differences between the Cordyceps and 10 types of counterfeits.CONCLUSION The powder of Cordyceps and its counterfeits can be identified by microscopic identification.
