总结1例脊髓内马尔尼菲篮状菌感染伴脓毒性休克患儿的护理体会。针对患儿出现的脓毒性休克、难治性腹胀、下肢肌力恢复困难等问题,采取了积极抗休克、抗感染治疗、胃肠道功能保护以及个性化的康复训练等措施。经过53d的积极治疗与精心护理,患儿痊愈出院。

To summarize the nursing care experience of a child with septic shock caused by Talaromyces marneffei(TM)infection.In view of the problems such as septic shock。refractory abdominal distension and difficuly in lower limb muscle strength recovery,active anti-shock and anti-infection trealment,gastrointestinal function protection and personalized rehabilitation training were taken.Afer 53 days of active treatment and eareful care,the child was recovered and discharged.
