维生素D血钙及锌水平对学龄儿童生长发育的影响

摘要 目的探讨维生素D、血钙及锌水平对学龄儿童生长发育的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2021年12月在嵊州市妇幼保健院健康体检的学龄儿童140例,进行体格测定,检测血清25(OH)D、钙及锌水平,分析结果。结果学龄儿童血清25(OH)D、钙及锌水平中位数分别为105.21 nmol/L、76.53 mg/L、2.97 mg/L,P_(25)分别为43.48 nmol/L、54.62 mg/L、1.80 mg/L,P_(75)分别为127.30 nmol/L、92.97 mg/L、3.81 mg/L。不同性别儿童血清25(OH)D、钙、锌水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),不同年龄儿童25(OH)D、钙、锌水平比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。学龄儿童低25(OH)D、低钙、低锌发生率分别为22.14%、14.29%、10.00%,不同性别儿童低25(OH)D、低钙、低锌发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),7~9岁儿童低25(OH)D、低钙、低锌发生率分别为12.20%、7.32%、4.88%,10~14岁儿童低25(OH)D、低钙、低锌发生率分别为36.21%、24.14%、17.24%,不同年龄儿童低25(OH)D、低钙、低锌发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示:学龄儿童身高、体质量与血清25(OH)D、钙及锌水平之间均有正相关性(均P<0.05)。结论学龄儿童维生素D、钙、锌缺乏现象不容忽视,维生素D、钙、锌与学龄儿童的生长发育密切相关,合理摄入有助于促进学龄儿童的生长发育。 Objective To explore the effects of vitamin D,serum calcium and zinc levels on growth and development of school-age children.Methods A total of 140 healthy school-age children for physical examination were selected from Shengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021,the levels of serum 25(OH)D,calcium,and zinc were detected and analyzed.Results The median values of serum 25(OH)D,calcium,and zinc in school-age children were 105.21 nmol/L,76.53 mg/L,and 2.97 mg/L,respectively,P_(25)values were 43.48 nmol/L,54.62 mg/L,and 1.80 mg/L,respectively,P_(75)values were 127.30 nmol/L,92.97 mg/L,and 3.81 mg/L,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in serum 25(OH)D,calcium,and zinc levels in children of different genders(P>0.05),there were statistically significant differences in serum 25(OH)D,calcium,and zinc levels in children of different age groups(P<0.05).The incidence rates of low 25(OH)D,low calcium,and low zinc in school-age children were 22.14%,14.29%,and 10.00%,respectively,there was no significant difference in the incidence rates of low 25(OH)D,low calcium,and low zinc among children of different genders(P>0.05),the incidence rates of low 25(OH)D,low calcium,and low zinc were 12.20%,7.32%,and 4.88%in children aged 7-9 years old,and 36.21%,24.14%,and 17.24%in children aged 10-14 years old,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that height,weight and serum 25(OH)D,calcium,and zinc levels were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion The deficiency of vitamin D,calcium,and zinc in school-age children cannot be ignored,vitamin D,calcium,and zinc are closely related to the growth and development of school-age children,and reasonable intake is helpful to promote the growth and development of school-age children.
