统一战线是策略,是法宝,也是一门科学。统一战线学作为马克思主义统一战线策略学说与中国具体实际相结合的产物,是中国共产党百年统一战线工作实践的科学概括与理论升华。统一战线学的学科建设是“两个结合”即把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际、同中华优秀传统文化相结合的必然要求,是新时代更好地发挥统一战线强大法宝功能的必由之路。作为统一战线学研究对象的一致性和多样性的关系决定了这门学科既是一门科学,也是一门艺术,是中国共产党治国理政过程中加强领导与强化合作的辩证法,具有鲜明的政治学学科属性,具有突出的政治性、战略性和应用性的学科特点。同心与共识作为统一战线学的核心概念既是从一致性和多样性的统一出发进行的概念逻辑建构,也是中国特色的统一战线学基本原理中“同心圆法则”“最大公约数法则”的生成逻辑,是“两个结合”即把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际、同中华优秀传统文化相结合的重要体现。在中国特色社会主义新时代加强和改进统一战线工作,迫切需要加快推动统一战线学的理论创新、学科建设和人才培养,更好地发挥统一战线“凝聚人心、汇聚力量”的强大法宝功能。统一战线学学科建设路径必须遵循学科建设内在的行动逻辑,基于统一战线学理论创新推动学科体系建设;围绕教材、杂志、学会推进统一战线学学科建制进程;以各级社会主义学院作为协同主体加快统一战线学学科平台建设。

Chinese united front is both a strategy and a treasured tool,but it is also a science.Unified front studies,as a product of integrating Marxist united front strategies with China's specific realities,represent the scientific summary and theoretical refinement of the Communist Party of China's century-long practice in united front work.The construction of unified front studies as a discipline is an essential requirement for combining the basic principles of Marxism with China's specific realities and excellent traditional culture,and it is the path that must be taken in order to better leverage the powerful functions of the united front in the new era.The subject of unified front studies,which encompasses both unanimity and diversity,determines that this discipline is not only a science but also an art.It embodies the dialectical approach of strengthening leadership and enhancing cooperation in the Communist Party of China's governance,displaying distinct attributes of political science with prominent characteristics of political,strategic,and applied disciplines.The core concepts of unity and consensus in unified front studies are not only a logical construction based on the unity of unanimity and diversity but also the generative logic of the"concentric circles rule"and the"greatest common divisor rule"in the basic principles of unified front studies with Chinese characteristics.They are important manifestations of combining the basic principles of Marxism with China's specific realities and excellent traditional culture.In order to strengthen and improve the work of the united front in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is imperative to accelerate theoretical innovation,disciplinary construction,and talent cultivation in unified front studies,better utilizing the powerful functions of the united front in uniting people and gathering strength.The path of disciplinary construction in unified front studies must adhere to the inherent action logic of disciplinary construction,promote the development of the disciplinary system based on theoretical innovation in unified front studies,advance the process of disciplinary establishment through textbooks,journals and academic societies,and accelerate the construction of the disciplinary platform for unified front studies by relying on institutes of socialism as the main body.
