同型半胱氨酸水平异常对内皮功能障碍的影响研究进展

Research Progress in the Influence of Abnormal Homocysteine Level on Endothelial Dysfunction

同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是广泛存在于血浆中的一种氨基酸,此项指标水平异常升高被认为是冠心病、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病及冠状动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素,而Hcy过量积聚扰乱脂质蛋白代谢、引发氧化应激反应等病理性活动均与内皮功能障碍存在关联。目前有多位学者对Hcy水平异常变化与内皮功能障碍之间的关系进行研究,本文对相关研究结果作一综述,望对临床改善机体内皮功能、调节Hcy水平提供参考依据。

Homocysteine(Hcy) is an amino acid widely found in plasma.Abnormally elevated level of Hcy is considered as an independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction and coronary atherosclerosis.Excessive accumulation of Hcy disrupts lipid and protein metabolism,triggers oxidative stress and other pathological activities,which are associated with endothelial dysfunction.At present,many scholars have studied the relationship between abnormal changes of Hcy level and endothelial dysfunction.This paper reviews the relevant research results,hoping to provide reference for clinical improvement of endothelial function and regulation of Hcy level.
