摘要 目的:探讨3Dslicer软件在高血压性脑出血(HICH)微创清除术中的应用价值。方法:按随机数字表法将2018年1月至2019年6月本院收治的90例HICH患者分为对照组(45例)与实验组(45例)。两组患者均行颅内血肿穿刺引流术治疗,实验组行3Dslicer辅助定位,对照组行传统CT定位。比较两组围术期指标、预后情况、术后并发症。结果:与对照组相比,实验组术中穿刺准确率、血肿清除率高,手术时间、引流管拔管时间、术后住院时间、血肿消退时间短(P<0.05)。实验组预后优于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组术后并发症总发生率低(P<0.05)。结论:在HICH微创清除术中使用3Dslicer辅助定位穿刺准确率更高,能提高血肿清除率,减少并发症,缩短患者术后恢复时间,改善预后。 Objective:To explore the application value of 3Dslicer software in minimally invasive clearance surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Method:90 HICH patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into a control group(45 cases)and an experimental group(45 cases)using a random number table method.Both groups of patients underwent intracranial hematoma puncture and drainage surgery.The experimental group received 3Dslicer assisted localization,while the control group received traditional CT localization.Compare the perioperative indicators,prognosis,and postoperative complications between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher intraoperative puncture accuracy and hematoma clearance rate,and shorter surgical time,drainage tube removal time,postoperative hospitalization time,and hematoma resolution time(P<0.05).The prognosis of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a lower overall incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of 3Dslicer assisted localization puncture in HICH minimally invasive clearance surgery has a higher accuracy,can improve hematoma clearance rate,reduce complications,shorten postoperative recovery time,and improve prognosis.
