益肾通胞丸对中-重度宫腔黏连TCRA术后临床疗效的观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Yishen Tongbao Pill in Treating Moderate to Severe Intrauterine Adhesions after TCRA Surgery

目的:探究益肾通胞丸对中-重度宫腔黏连宫腔镜下宫腔黏连分离(TCRA)术后临床疗效的影响。方法:选择2020年1月至2021年12月于赣县区人民医院及赣州市中医院行TCRA术治疗的300例宫腔黏连患者为研究对象,依据随机原则分成研究组(150例)和对照组(150例)。两组术后均予以雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗,研究组则同时予以益肾通胞丸治疗,持续治疗3个月。对比两组治疗前后子宫内膜容积参数和血流参数变化,记录两组临床疗效和复发率。结果:治疗后,两组患者的子宫内膜厚度、内膜腔容积较治疗前均升高,且研究组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜血流指数(FI)、血管化血流指数(VFI)及血管化指数(VI)较治疗前均增高,且研究组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(76.00%),复发率(4.67%)低于对照组(12.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾通胞丸能改善中-重度宫腔黏连TCRA术后患者宫腔局部血液循环,促进受损内膜再生和修复,提升临床疗效,降低疾病复发风险。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yishen Tongbao Pill on the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic separation of uterine adhesions(TCRA)in patients with moderate to severe uterine adhesions.Method:300 patients with uterine adhesions who underwent TCRA surgery at Ganxian District People’s Hospital and Ganzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group(150 cases)and a control group(150 cases).Both groups were treated with sequential estrogen and progesterone therapy after surgery,while the research group was also treated with Yishen Tongbao Pill for 3 months.Compare the changes in endometrial volume parameters and blood flow parameters between the two groups before and after treatment,and record the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups.Result:After treatment,the endometrial thickness and endometrial cavity volume of both groups of patients increased compared to before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the endometrial blood flow index(FI),vascularization blood flow index(VFI),and vascularization index(VI)of the two groups increased compared to before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the study group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),and the recurrence rate(4.67%)was lower than that of the control group(12.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Tongbao Pill can improve local blood circulation in the uterine cavity of patients with moderate to severe uterine adhesions after TCRA surgery,promote the regeneration and repair of damaged endometrium,enhance clinical efficacy,and reduce the risk of disease recurrence.
