醒脑开窍针法配合针对性康复训练在中风后遗症患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined with Targeted Rehabilitation Training in Apoplexy Sequelae Patients

目的:探讨中风后遗症患者应用醒脑开窍针法配合针对性康复训练的效果。方法:随机将2021年1月—2022年8月在我院接受治疗的中风后遗症患者160例分为两组:对照组和观察组,80例一组。对照组予以针对性康复训练,观察组予以醒脑开窍针法配合针对性康复训练。比较两组的临床疗效,干预前后神经和运动功能评分以及中医症候积分变化。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗有效率更高(92.50%VS 81.25%,P<0.05)。与干预前相比,干预后两组的NIHSS评分下降,FMA及ADL评分上升,且观察组比对照组的评分变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。与干预前相比,干预后两组感觉障碍、肢体乏力、吞咽困难的中医症候积分项评分均降低,且观察组比对照组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论:中风后遗症患者应用醒脑开窍针法配合针对性康复训练可以改善其神经和运动功能,降低中医症候积分,临床疗效显著,值得临床应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xingnaojiaqiao acupuncture combined with targeted rehabilitation training in patients with apoplexy sequela.Methods:160 cases of apoplexy sequelae treated in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,80 cases in one group.The control group was given targeted rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given Xingnaojiaqiao acupuncture with targeted rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy,neurological and motor function scores and TCM symptom scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the effective rate was higher in the observation group(92.50%VS 81.25%,P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased after intervention,while the FMA and ADL scores increased,and the change range of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of sensory disorders,limb fatigue and dysphagia of both groups decreased after intervention,and the decrease range of observation group was greater than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Xingnaojiaoqiao acupuncture combined with targeted rehabilitation training can improve the neurological and motor functions of the patients with apoplexy sequelae,reduce the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the clinical effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
