皮敏消胶囊联合富马酸依美斯汀缓释胶囊治疗荨麻疹疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群、血清IgE、IFN-γ的影响

Effect of Piminxiao capsule combined with Emestine Fumarate sustained-release capsule on urticaria and its effects on T lymphocyte subsets,serum IgE and IFN-γ

目的探讨予以荨麻疹患者富马酸依美斯汀缓释胶囊^(+)皮敏消胶囊的治疗效果,分析对T淋巴细胞亚群、血清干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的影响。方法研究对象选自天津大学新城医院诊治的80例荨麻疹患者(2020年5月-2022年5月),经奇偶法将其分成参照组(n=40)、研究组(n=40)。参照组运用地氯雷他定片改善病情,研究组运用富马酸依美斯汀缓释胶囊^(+)皮敏消胶囊改善病情,比较两组T淋巴细胞亚群、临床疗效、炎症因子水平、血清学指标、不良反应情况。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率高于参照组(95.00%vs80.00%,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,CD8^(+)水平均降低,且治疗后研究组患者以上指标变化幅度大于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的CRP、IL-4、IL-2水平均降低,且治疗后研究组患者以上指标水平低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IFN-γ水平均升高,IgE水平均降低,且治疗后研究组患者以上指标变化幅度大于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率低于参照组(5.00%vs20.00%,P<0.05)。结论富马酸依美斯汀缓释胶囊^(+)皮敏消胶囊治疗荨麻疹的效果显著,可抑制炎症反应,改善T淋巴细胞亚群及血清学指标,且用药安全性较高,联合用药价值理想。

Objective To investigate the effect of giving Emestane Fumarate Sustained Release Capsules^(+)Piminxiao capsules to patients with urticaria,and to analyze the effects of T lymphocyte subsets and serum IFN-γ(Interferonγ),IgE(Immunoglobulin E).Methods The study subjects were selected from 80 patients with urticaria diagnosed and treated in our hospital(May 2020 to May 2022).They were divided into a reference group(n=40)and a study group(n=40)by parity method.The reference group was treated with desloratadine tablets to improve the condition,while the study group was treated with exemestane fumarate sustained-release capsule^(+)Piminxiao capsule to improve the condition.The T lymphocyte subsets,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,serological indicators,and adverse reactions were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher(95.00%vs 80.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in two groups were increased,while the levels of CD8^(+)were decreased,and the change range of the above indexes in the study group was greater(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-4 and IL-2 in two groups were decreased,and the above indexes in the study group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,IFN-γlevel increased and IgE level decreased in both groups,and the change range of above indexes in the study group was greater(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in reference group(5.00%vs 20.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of urticaria with esomestine fumarate sustained release capsule and Piminxiao capsule has a significant effect,can inhibit inflammatory reactions,improve T lymphocyte subsets and serological indicators,and has a high safety and ideal value in combination.
