MiNi-CEX联合混合式教学法在乡医诊断学教学中的应用研究

Application of MiNi-CEX combined with blending teaching in diagnostics teaching

摘要 目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(MiNi-CEX)联合混合式教学法在诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法选取120名到首都医科大学延庆教学医院的2020-2021级首都医科大学燕京医学院的医学生为研究对象。将上述120名学生采用简单随机分组法分为实验组(60名)和对照组(60名),对照组学生采取传统教学方法,实验组学生采取MiNi-CEX联合混合式教学法。比较两组学生教学结束后的诊断学笔试考核成绩、MiNi-CEX评分,以及学生对教学的满意度。结果教学结束后实验组学生诊断学笔试考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);教学结束后实验组学生MiNi-CEX评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且显著高于实验组教学之前(P<0.05);教学结束后,实验组学生教学满意度(86.67%)显著高于对照组学生教学满意度(70.00%)(P<0.05)。结论MiNi-CEX联合混合式教学法在诊断学教学中的应用效果良好。 Objective To explore the application of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(MiNi-CEX)combined with blending teaching in diagnostics teaching.Methods A total of 120 medical students of grades 2020-2021 from Yenching Medical College of Capital Medical University were enrolled as the research objects.According to simple random grouping method,they were divided into experimental group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group was given traditional teaching,while experimental group was given MiNiCEX combined with blending teaching.The results of diagnostics written examination,MiNi-CEX score and students'satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups after teaching.Results After the teaching,scores of diagnostics written examination in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After the teaching,MiNi-CEX score in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and which was also significantly higher than that before teaching(P<0.05).After the teaching,students'satisfaction with teaching in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(86.67%vs 70.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Application effect of MiNi-CEX combined with blending teaching is good in diagnostics teaching.
