自制三联式乙醇冰袋联合加味桃红四物汤在跟骨骨折术后肿胀患者中的应用价值

Application value of self-made triple alcohol ice bag combined with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in patients with postoperative swelling of calcaneal fracture

目的探讨在跟骨骨折的患者中应用自制三联式乙醇冰袋联合加味桃红四物汤对于术后肿胀的意义。方法对照组采用常规的冷疗干预,观察组给予自制三联式乙醇冰袋联合加味桃红四物汤治疗。结果对照组的VAS评分最低为0分,最高为8分,平均为(6.57±1.45)分;观察组VAS评分最低为0分,最高为6分,平均为(4.11±1.78)分;两组评分的均值存在显著差异(P=0.023)。对照组0-III度的人数依次为2、3、7、18,观察组0-III度的人数依次为11、11、2、6,两组差异显著(P=0.00)。对照组IL-6、TNF-α分别是(75.25±10.52)pg/ml、(104.35±14.34)pg/ml,观察组IL-6、TNF-α分别是(13.53±5.64)pg/ml、(47.35±2.86)pg/ml,两组差异显著(P=0.035,0.026)。两组的安全性存在显著差异。结论自制三联式乙醇冰袋联合加味桃红四物汤对于治疗跟骨骨折术后肿胀有显著价值。

Objective To explore the significance of self-made triple alcohol ice bag combined with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction for postoperative swelling in patients with root bone fractures.Methods The control group received routine cold therapy intervention,while the observation group received self-made triple alcohol ice bag combined with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction for treatment.Results The VAS score of the control group was from 0 to 8,with an average of(6.57±1.45)points;the lowest VAS score in the observation group was 0,and the highest was 6,with an average of(4.11±1.78)points;there was a significant difference in the mean score between the two groups(P=0.023).The number of people with 0-III degrees in the control group was 2,3,7,and 18,while the number of people with 0-III degrees in the observation group was 11,11,2,and 6,with a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.00).Control group IL-6,TNF-αthe values were(75.25±10.52)pg/ml and(104.35±14.34)pg/ml respectively in the observation group,and(13.53±5.64)pg/ml and(47.35±2.86)pg/ml respectively in the observation group,with significant differences between the two groups(P=0.035,0.026).There was a significant difference in safety between the two groups.Conclusion Self made triple alcohol ice bag combined with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction has significant value for postoperative swelling.
