滁菊硒含量与根际土壤硒赋存形态的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究滁菊硒含量与根际土壤硒及不同赋存形态硒含量的相关性。方法采用连续浸提技术提取滁菊生长根际土壤中5种形态硒,运用原子荧光分光光度法(AFS)测定滁菊植株不同器官中硒、根际土壤中硒和不同形态硒的含量,应用SPSS 26.0软件分析滁菊植株不同器官硒含量与根际土壤硒及不同形态硒含量之间的相关性。结果滁菊植株不同器官硒含量由高到低顺序为花序>叶>根>茎;根际土壤中硒的赋存形态主要为酸溶态,其次为残渣态,而水溶态、可交换态和有机结合态硒含量较低;滁菊植株不同器官中硒含量与根际土壤中硒含量之间无相关性;滁菊花序和叶中的硒含量与根际土壤中水溶态硒、可交换态硒和有机结合态硒含量成显著性正相关,滁菊根中的硒含量与根际土壤中水溶态硒含量成显著性正相关,滁菊茎中的硒含量与根际土壤中有机结合态硒含量成显著性正相关。结论滁菊中硒的含量与根际土壤中水溶态硒、可交换态硒和有机结合态硒密切相关,为探究滁菊中硒的来源和提高滁菊中硒的含量提供依据。 Objective To determine the correlation between selenium content in Chuju and the occurrence forms of selenium in rhizosphere soil.Methods Continuous extraction technology was used to extract 5 forms of selenium in Chuju growing in rhizosphere soil.Atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)was used to determine the content of selenium in different organs of Chuju plants,selenium and different forms of selenium in rhizosphere soil.SPSS 26.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between selenium in different parts of Chuju plants and selenium and different forms of selenium in rhizosphere soil.Results Selenium content in different parts of Chuju plants was inflorescence>leaf>root>stem.The enrichment coefficient of selenium in inflorescence of Chuju was higher than that in other parts of the plant.The occurrence forms of selenium in rhizosphere soil were mainly acid soluble,followed by residues,and the content of water-soluble,exchangeable and organic bound selenium was low.There was no correlation between the selenium content in different parts of Chuju plants and that in rhizosphere soil,while the selenium content in the inflorescence and leaves of Chuju was positively correlated with the water-soluble selenium,exchangeable selenium and organic bound selenium in the rizosphere soil.Selenium in the root of Chuju was also positively correlated with the water-soluble selenium in the rizosphere soil,and selenium in the stem of Chuju showed significant positive correlation with the organic bound selenium in rhizosphere soil.Conclusion The content of selenium in Chuju is closely related to the water-soluble,exchangeable and organic bound selenium of rhizosphere soil,which provides reference for exploring the source of selenium in Chuju and improving the content of selenium in Chuju.
