毒性中药饮片在某院肺系疾病中的应用

Toxic Chinese herbal pieces for pulmonary diseases in our hospital

目的分析湖北省中医院肺病科门诊毒性中药的临床应用情况,探讨其用药的临床特点。方法利用医院HIS系统分析2020年7月至2021年7月的含毒性中药饮片的处方。结果收集整理治疗肺系疾病的含有毒性中药的处方共3282张。处方中含有20种毒性中药,从药味、剂量、病种等方面进行分析总结,其中,苦杏仁、吴茱萸、蜈蚣、全蝎为最常用。在药物使用剂量方面,有15种毒性中药出现超药典使用剂量的情况。结论肺病科门诊使用毒性中药总体用药情况符合临床疾病需求,但仍有部分用药问题亟待改进,以确保用药安全。

Objective To analyze the application of toxic Chinese herbs in the Department of Pulmonary Disease in our hospital,and determine their clinic characteristics.Methods The Hospital Information System was used to analyze the prescriptions of toxic Chinese herbal pieces from July 2020 to July 2021.Results Totally 3282 of prescriptions were included with toxic Chinese herbs.Totally 20 toxic Chinese medicines were used.Armeniacae semen amarum,euodiae fructus,scolopendra,and scorpios were most common,and 15 toxic Chinese medicines were overdosed.Conclusion Basically,the use of toxic Chinese herb in our hospital meet the requirement of patients’diseases reasonably.Some problems need improvement to ensure medication safety.
