基于人工智能的肿瘤患者免疫相关不良反应管理软件的应用及效果评价

摘要 目的探索基于人工智能的肿瘤患者免疫相关不良反应管理软件的应用及效果评价。方法通过采集接受免疫检查点抑制剂肿瘤患者住院、门诊及居家的全病程信息数据,构建医学相关知识库,对患者数据进行智能提取和分析后推荐管理方案,最后以患者免疫相关不良反应发生率作为评价指标进行效果评价。结果通过对肿瘤患者信息以及相关指南、文献、药品说明书等信息的抽提和融合,构建了智能医学知识库。随后,智能医学知识库可以在不同场景下给肿瘤患者推荐个体化治疗和管理方案。患者免疫相关不良反应发生率由38.5%降至31.2%。结论基于人工智能的肿瘤患者免疫相关不良反应管理对降低临床患者不良反应有较大帮助,可以提升并优化肿瘤患者治疗和自我管理的质量。 Objective To evaluate the effect of artificial intelligence on immune-related adverse reaction management in tumor patients.Methods Through collecting data of inpatients,outpatients and home disease course information of cancer patients received immune checkpoint inhibitors,the medical knowledge related data base was established.Data of patient was analyzed before recommending the management plan.Finally,the incidence of immune-related adverse reactions was used as an index to evaluate the effect.Results Through summarizing tumor patient information,related guidelines,literatures,drug instructions and other information,the intelligent medical knowledge base was constructed,which could recommend individualized treatment options for cancer patients in different scenarios.The incidence of immune-related adverse reactions decreased from 38.5%to 31.2%.Conclusion The management of immune-related adverse reactions in tumor patients based on artificial intelligence helps reduce adverse reactions in clinical practice,and optimize the quality of treatment and self-management of tumor patients.
