摘要
目的分析血清尿酸检验对老年冠心病患者的诊断价值。方法选取62例老年冠心病患者作为观察组,另选择62例接受健康体检的健康老年人作为对照组。两组研究对象均进行血清尿酸检验。比较两组实验室指标、心力衰竭发生率及观察组不同血清尿酸水平患者的心力衰竭发生率。结果观察组总胆红素(10.36±2.14)μmol/L、直接胆红素(4.21±1.25)μmol/L、间接胆红素(5.93±2.64)μmol/L低于对照组的(15.36±3.16)、(6.26±1.36)、(9.31±2.36)μmol/L,血清尿酸(473.36±36.31)μmol/L高于对照组的(247.25±31.25)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心力衰竭发生率为41.94%,高于对照组的6.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清尿酸水平>500μmol/L的患者心力衰竭发生率为72.00%,高于血清尿酸水平300~400μmol/L、401~500μmol/L患者的11.76%、30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病老年患者接受血清尿酸检验能够准确的反映现阶段的病情状况,能够为及时诊断及治疗提供临床依据。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum uric acid test in the diagnosis of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 62 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group,and 62 healthy old people who received physical examination were selected as the control group.Both groups were tested for serum uric acid.The laboratory indicators and incidence of heart failure of the two groups were compared,as well as the incidence of heart failure in patients with different serum uric acid levels in the observation group.Results The total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin were(10.36±2.14),(4.21±1.25)and(5.93±2.64)μmol/L in the observation group,which were lower than those of(15.36±3.16),(6.26±1.36)and(9.31±2.36)μmol/L in the control group;serum uric acid of(473.36±36.31)μmol/L in observation group was higher than that of(247.25±31.25)μmol/L in control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of heart failure of 41.94%in the observation group was higher than that of 6.45%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of heart failure was 72.00%in patients with serum uric acid level>500μmol/L,which was higher than that in patients with serum uric acid level of 300-400μmol/L(11.76%)and 401-500μmol/L(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum uric acid test in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can accurately reflect the current condition,and can provide clinical basis for timely diagnosis and treatment.
