泽漆扶正散结汤联合化疗方案治疗乳腺癌患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of Zeqi Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer patients

目的分析泽漆扶正散结汤联合化疗方案在乳腺癌患者治疗中的效果。方法100例乳腺癌患者,依据随机抽签模式分为实验组及参考组,每组50例。参考组患者行常规化疗方案治疗,实验组患者在参考组基础上实行泽漆扶正散结汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果、免疫功能指标(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖类抗原153(CA153)]水平。结果实验组治疗总有效率92.00%(46/50)高于参考组的72.00%(36/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组CD4^(+)(47.65±6.54)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.85±0.32)均高于参考组的(39.45±5.43)%、(1.52±0.21),CD8^(+)(24.67±2.35)%低于参考组的(25.65±2.26)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前CEA、CA153水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组CEA(4.56±0.34)ng/ml、CA153(17.65±4.32)IU/ml均低于参考组的(11.23±1.43)ng/ml、(25.63±4.67)IU/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泽漆扶正散结汤联合化疗方案在乳腺癌患者治疗中可起到显著效果,具有重要临床意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of Zeqi Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast cancer were divided into experimental group and reference group according to random lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with Zeqi Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction on the basis of reference group.The therapeutic effect,immune function indexes(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.00%(46/50),which was higher than that of 72.00%(36/50)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CD4^(+)of(47.65±6.54)%and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of(1.85±0.32)in the experimental group were higher than those of(39.45±5.43)%and(1.52±0.21)in the reference group;CD8^(+)of(24.67±2.35)%in the experimental group was lower than that of(25.65±2.26)%in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in CEA and CA153 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CEA of(4.56±0.34)ng/ml and CA153 of(17.65±4.32)IU/ml in the experimental group were lower than those of(11.23±1.43)ng/ml and(25.63±4.67)IU/ml in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zeqi Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction combined with chemotherapy can play a significant role in the treatment of breast cancer patients,which is of great significance.
