橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青技术在公路养护施工中的应用

摘要 文章在分析旧路面病害的基础上,结合工程所处的服役环境及荷载情况,采用橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青技术将K4+900~K5+400段左幅原设计“4 cm普通沥青细粒式沥青混凝土(AC-13)”结构层替换为“4 cm聚合物橡胶复合改性沥青细粒式沥青混凝土(ARSMA-13)”。通过研究胶粉类型、胶粉掺量、SBS改性剂掺量、级配类型等参数对沥青及混合料性能的影响,分析了橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青技术在公路工程中的适用性。研究结果表明:橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青及其混合料性能与SBS类沥青及混合料性能相近,价格更低;与普通沥青混合料相比,橡胶复合改性沥青混合料抗车辙、抗裂、抗水损性能显著。长期性能监测显示,公路运行两年后,左幅橡胶/SBS复合改性沥青路面较右幅普通沥青路面裂缝数量、车辙深度显著降低,路面行车噪声降低3 dB~5 dB,可有效延长公路使用寿命,降低路面养护成本,改善行车噪声污染。 Based on the analysis of old pavement diseases,combined with the service environment and load conditions of the highway engineering,this thesis aims to replace the original design of“4 cm ordinary asphalt fine-grained asphalt concrete(AC-13)”structural layer with“4 cm polymer rubber composite modified asphalt fine-grained asphalt concrete(ARSMA-13)”on the left section from K4+900 to K5+400.The applicability of rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt technology was analyzed by studying the effects of parameters such as type of rubber powder,mixing amount of rubber powder,mixing amount of SBS modifier,and grading type.The results indicate that the performance of rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt is similar to that of SBS asphalt,with much lower price;Compared with traditional asphalt mixtures,rubber composite modified asphalt mixtures exhibit significant resistance to rutting,cracking and water.Long-term performance monitoring shows that after two years of operation,the number of cracks and rut depth on the left rubber/SBS composite modified asphalt pavement are significantly reduced compared to the right side,and road noise is reduced by 3 dB to 5 dB,which can effectively extend the service life of the highway,slash road maintenance costs and reduce noise pollution.
